Rabata.io decreased software costs by 15% using Subscope by detecting unused software and optimising seats

Questions?

We’re glad you asked.

How does Subscope access my data? Is it secure?

Subscope passed Google's CASA Tier 3 security audit, performed by TAC Security — a Google-recommended auditor. We connect with read-only access, process only emails from software vendors tied to your subscriptions, and never touch personal correspondence. We don't store passwords, and you can revoke access at any time.

Does usage tracking monitor what my employees do?

No. Subscope and its Chrome extension track corporate software only — which company apps are used and how often — so you can spot unused seats and shadow IT. Personal sites and browsing are never tracked, and there are no screenshots, no keystrokes, and no access to message or document content.

The extension actually works for employees, not against them: it shows when a tool they're about to sign up for already exists in the company, so they can request a seat directly from the subscription owner instead of creating a duplicate.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Sign in with your corporate Google Workspace account and Subscope builds your first subscription inventory from vendor emails right away — no IT project, no CSV uploads, no integration work. You can add more sources later: bank statements, direct API connections, and the Chrome extension.

How much does it cost?

Subscope is free for small teams — up to 5 employees, with unlimited mailbox data collection. Paid plans start at $34/month for SMEs and $189/month for growing companies. Our principle is simple: we only get paid when you save. See the Pricing page for full details.

Does the free version have any pitfalls?

No! We didn't create a free version to force you to pay later. We believe you'll want to upgrade to the pro versions once you see that Subscope works and saves you money and time.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice via bank transfer — just ask.
